Responsibilities:
- Participate in scrum team activities, including: Story writing, planning, estimation, daily standups, refinements, retros
- Implement an automated testing solution for our products
- Refine our QA processes to best leverage automated testing in an agile environment
- Create and execute test plans and user acceptance testing
- Provide subject matter expertise on automated testing
- Act as the QA team lead, including mentoring and leading other QA team members
- Collaborate with Customer Success to provide analysis on feature requests and bug reports
- Have fun
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in automated testing web applications
- 1+ years of QA Lead or similar experience
- Strong problem solving and diagnosing skills
- Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
A Big Plus:
- Exposure to MSSQL querying, tuning, and design a plus
- Experience testing mobile applications
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and build automation
- Experience with unit testing tools
