  • Participate in scrum team activities, including: Story writing, planning, estimation, daily standups, refinements, retros  
  • Implement an automated testing solution for our products 
  • Refine our QA processes to best leverage automated testing in an agile environment 
  • Create and execute test plans and user acceptance testing 
  • Provide subject matter expertise on automated testing 
  • Act as the QA team lead, including mentoring and leading other QA team members 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to provide analysis on feature requests and bug reports  
  • Have fun 



  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field  
  • 3+ years of experience in automated testingweb applications 
  • 1+ years of QA Lead or similar experience 
  • Strong problem solving and diagnosing skills  
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills  


A Big Plus: 

  • Exposure to MSSQL querying, tuning, and design a plus  
  • Experience testing mobile applications  
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and build automation  
  • Experience with unit testing tools
